The LibreTexts team held our inaugural First Friday Features this past Friday, February 7. Here is a recap of what's new in the LibreVerse:
Antecedent Writing is live on our platform (you can read more about this cool new AI tool for writing in a previous blog post).
Built around LibreOffice technology, Antecedent Writing lets students utilize its built-in editor to write their assignments and provides analytics for instructors.
AI co-author tool is live
Our new AI co-author tool is now live and available on every Conductor project:
This tool provides a quick and comprehensive means by which users can add AI generated summaries, keywords, and meta-tags to their text(s). It will also automatically generate an index for the text. Check it out now!
New question type in ADAPT: Discuss-It
Discuss-It in ADAPT is a new tool that facilitates peer-to-peer interactions centered around core media such as audio or video. Discuss-It lets students build a story around the media by working together to create a narrative. To learn more about Discuss-It be sure to check out Cristina Moon's (Chabot College) presentation, Interactive Asynchronous Discussions with Discuss-It in LibreTexts’ ADAPT, March 6 at 4 pm PST.
Be sure to join us next month, March 7, at 11 am for the next installment of First Friday Features!
