The LibreTexts team is excited to announce a new, in-person LibreFest to be held at Hope College situated in the beautiful downtown area of Holland, MI, just minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan and less than an hour from Grand Rapids, from Monday June 27 - Wednesday June 29.

Join the LibreTexts team as we host a new series of webinars for OpenEd Week, March 7-11, 2022. All sessions will be synchronous and recorded for later viewing on our YouTube channel. Registration is not required. Account creation in one or more LibreTexts Libraries is strongly encouraged prior to some sessions as noted on the schedule. Greeting LibreTexts fans and followers. Please join us for the first installment in our new webinar series, LibreTexts Live, on February 8 at 11 am PST. Senior Product Manager, Yasin Dahi, will provide an inside look at the new LibreStudio and show you how to use H5P to create interactive, formative assessments, as well as incorporate feedback into your open textbooks.

Join Mr. Paul Seeburger, Professor of Mathematics at Monroe Community College, for Creating and Adapting OER Textbooks for Math Courses Using the LibreTexts Platform. This course will be held virtually Tuesday, July 6, 2:30 - 4:30 ET, and Thursday, July 8, 2:30 - 4:30 ET. Registration is $15 for MAA members and $25 for non-members, and can be found here.

LibreTexts will host the next LibreFest virtually from July 19-23, 2021.

Professor Larry Green from Lake Tahoe Community College is no stranger to OER. He believes in taking full advantage of any opportunity to create textbooks of the future for his courses by utilizing technologies that didn’t exist when the “traditional” textbook was invented decades ago by using videos, visualizations, and games to create more engaging and interactive content for his students.

Due to overwhelming response, if you're planning to attend the May 25 LibreFest, hosted virtually in conjunction with Hope College, please register by Friday, April 30. The event is free but registration is required and can be completed here. You will also need to create an account which can be done using our simple online form.
